The 'Cartoon 3D Style' filter soon spread through Instagram and TikTok as everybody took the chance to be a part of their own mini movie. Opinions have differed on whether the effect is cute or pretty creepy, but the one thing that remains undeniable is that using it in inappropriate scenarios is both creative and very funny.
